S&B Golden Curry 198g is a Japanese block-style curry roux available here in three heat levels: Mild, Medium Hot, and Hot. Each order contains one 198g box in the selected heat level, not a three-box set. All three versions use S&B Foods’ blend of 35 spices and herbs, but their formulas and nutrition values are not identical.

Medium Hot

Hot

Blended palm oil and rapeseed oil (made in Japan), wheat flour, sugar, salt, curry powder, starch, spices, yeast extract, roasted spices (spices, corn oil), hydrolyzed protein (gelatin), spice oil, sauce powder / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel color, acidulant.

Allergen Information

All three current 198g versions list wheat, soy, and gelatin among their allergens. This product is not suitable for shoppers avoiding any of those ingredients. Always check the label on the delivered box before cooking, especially after a packaging or formula update.

Nutrition Information

Manufacturer values below are per 18g serving of roux, before adding meat, vegetables, rice, or other ingredients.

How to Prepare

1. Cook your chosen meat and vegetables in a suitable pot.
2. Add water and simmer until the ingredients are cooked through.
3. Turn off the heat before adding the curry roux. Break in the required amount and stir until fully dissolved.
4. Return to low heat and simmer while stirring until the sauce reaches your preferred consistency.
