What the manufacturer confirms

AshiRira is a foot-sheet line from Nakamura Co., Ltd., sold through its Kinomegumi brand site. The manufacturer describes the standard use as placing the sheets on the soles before rest. Its general product explanation says the line uses bamboo sap powder and that a used sheet may turn brown because of the bamboo material’s water-absorbing property. The degree of colour change varies by user.

This article treats those statements as manufacturer descriptions, not as independently tested results. It does not describe the sheets as a detox, swelling treatment, circulation aid, pain remedy or medical product. No first-hand use notes were provided for this review.

How the types differ

The confirmed differences are the labels under which the options are sold. Nakamura’s current lineup separately names Titanium, Chili Pepper, Mugwort, Grapefruit, Lavender, Ginger and Relax Rose in 30-sheet formats. The YUBI100 variant labelled Rose is therefore described here only as the store’s Rose option, while noting the manufacturer’s Relax Rose naming.

Which option should you choose?

If you simply want the broadest documented match to the current manufacturer lineup, choose among Mugwort, Lavender, Chili Pepper, Grapefruit, Titanium, Rose or Ginger. Peach is still a valid active store option, but this comparison limits its description to facts visible in Shopify.

Price does not distinguish the choices: all eight are ¥1,140 at the time checked. Availability also differs little, with 10 units for every option except Ginger at 9. The practical choice is therefore the labelled type you prefer, subject to current stock.

How to read the 30-sheet count

Every listed variant includes “30 sheets” in its Shopify option name, and the manufacturer separately confirms 30-sheet packages for the seven established lineup types discussed above. The count refers to sheets in the selected package; it does not mean eight packages or a mixed box of all eight types.

Use and care boundaries

Follow the directions and cautions printed on the package you receive. The manufacturer presents the product as a sheet applied to the sole before rest, but this article does not add a wear time, reuse instruction, age recommendation or skin-safety guarantee that was not verified for the exact package. Stop using it if the package directions advise doing so or if irritation occurs, and seek appropriate professional advice for persistent symptoms.

Bottom line

All eight active AshiRira choices offer the same confirmed pack count and current price. Seven align with Nakamura’s current named lineup; Peach is compared only by its verified Shopify label, SKU, price and stock. That makes this a straightforward type-selection decision rather than a performance ranking.
