1. How long does shipping take?
YUBI products are shipped from Japan and take an average of 3-5 days to be delivered after payment. However, delivery may take 1-2 days longer due to circumstances such as inclement weather or customs clearance delays.
2. Is delivery available to all regions of Korea?
Yes, YUBI can ship anywhere in South Korea. However, additional shipping charges may apply depending on weight.
3. How are shipping costs determined?
All YUBI products are shipped from Japan , and shipping costs are calculated based on product weight .
An additional charge of approximately 170 to 200 yen will be added for every 500g, and shipping is not possible for items weighing more than 15kg.
4. Can I combine multiple orders for delivery at once?
YUBI's policy is to ship individually based on order number .
If there are two or more orders from the same customer, they will be shipped separately and shipping fees will be charged accordingly.
5. What happens if I order free shipping items and regular items together?
If you order both free shipping and paid shipping items together, shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the paid shipping items .
However, no additional shipping fee is charged for free shipping items.
6. How is the shipment packaged?
YUBI uses box packaging or courier plastic packaging including **buffering materials (air cap, newspaper, etc.)** to protect the product.
7. What time is available for same-day shipping?
Orders paid before 8:00 AM will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped sequentially on the next business day .
※ Orders placed on weekends (Fri-Sun) and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
8. I ordered the wrong product. Can I cancel it?
Cancellation is possible before the product is shipped , but refunds and exchanges due to simple change of mind are not possible after shipment.
Please be sure to check the product details before purchasing.
9. What happens if the item is damaged or delivered incorrectly?
If damage or incorrect delivery is confirmed after receiving the product, please contact customer service with photos of the outer box and product attached .
Please be sure to take a photo of the box before discarding it , as refunds and exchanges may be difficult without a photo.
10. I didn't receive my item due to customs issues. Can I get a refund?
In case of customs clearance failure due to the recipient's responsibility , such as an error in the personal customs clearance number or loss of contact,
After 60 days, the product will be discarded and no refund will be given for this reason .
Please enter customs information accurately.
11. How do I track my order after placing it?
You can check the tracking number along with the courier delivery process in the profile section.
Additionally, once the product is shipped, you will receive a notification message or email with a tracking number .
You can check the delivery status on the international delivery tracking site or the domestic courier company website using the number.
12. I have packed several items, but I am curious about the total weight.
The total weight may not be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Please contact us via chat and we will provide you with the estimated weight and shipping cost.
13. I ordered some items, but only some arrived. Why?
Depending on the product , it may be shipped individually from different warehouses , and partial arrival may occur depending on customs clearance or flight schedule.
Please check the remaining products using the tracking number.
14. I received the wrong product and it's already been opened. Can I exchange it?
We are sorry, but if you open the wrongly delivered product, exchange or return is not possible .
Please be sure to check the appearance for any incorrect delivery before opening the package .
15. Can I exchange/refund the product after 7 days have passed since receiving it?
Unfortunately, returns and refunds are not possible for any reason after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product .
Please check the condition immediately after receiving the product.
