Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area YUBI products can be shipped anywhere within the United States (USA). Due to the nature of international direct purchasing, delivery typically takes  5~10 business days. Additional shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order.

2. Multiple Orders / Combined Shipping If the same customer places 2 or more separate orders, each order will be shipped individually rather than combined into a single shipment. Since shipping fees are charged per order, placing multiple orders is treated as an intentional request for separate shipments. Combined shipping is not available.

3. Packaging To ensure your items arrive safely, all YUBI shipments are packed in boxes with cushioning materials (air cap, newspaper, etc.) or poly mailer bags suitable for courier delivery.

4. Shipping Rate Structure All YUBI products are shipped directly from Japan. Shipping fees are determined by the weight of the product. Please note that the rate increases by approximately JPY 170–200 per 500g. The maximum shipment weight is 15 kg (including packaging materials).

Free Shipping YUBI offers free shipping on select products. Please note that if a free-shipping item is ordered together with a paid-shipping item, the shipping fee for the paid item will be added based on its weight, in accordance with international weight-based shipping rates. (e.g., Free shipping item → No additional shipping fee)

6. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM (JST) on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to manufacturer or stock conditions.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be processed for shipment on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM Friday through Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on public holidays (including after 8:00 AM the day before) will be processed on the next business day after the holiday ends.

7. Estimated Delivery Time Average delivery time is 6–10 days from the dispatch date. Please note that delays of 1–2 days may occur due to severe weather or customs clearance processing.
